At Ivory Lane, we offer Nitrous Oxide gas for those wary of the potential. discomfort arising from the process, and do most of our extractions in at the office.
What To Expect When Having a Tooth Extracted
Before our dentists begin the procedure, they will ensure that the area is completely numb. While the tooth is being removed you will feel pressure and potentially hear cracking sounds. After the process is completed, you may have to get sutures. After an extraction, we generally advise patients not to drink from a straw, eat soft foods, and avoid smoking for several days.
